Games and Fun
This evening we prized our guests away from watching soccer and shopping to visit Dave and Buster’s, where they enjoyed virtual games and spending their winning tokens on gifts.
Game Boy was thrilled when he discovered one of the machines was broken, and kept paying out endless tokens. After an hour he and Sam O’Soccer had around 8,000 tokens, which Orphan No. 2 and Sam O’Shopper couldn’t get into the winners’ store quickly enough.
Trouble was, it took them another hour to decide what to choose. The shop was full of such nonsense in the end they went for the tackiest stuff they could find. Among the favourite items were a neon sign that runs off a USB cable that says Ban because the ‘r’ is bent. Sam O’Soccer’s winner was a plastic and felt Superman doll.
