Why Renting A Car Sometimes Hertz

As soon as we cleared customs, the next step was to hire a car. Simple enough, you might think, especially since Grumpy had booked it online before we left the U.S. One thing about England is that if you expect bad service, you’ll never be disappointed. We spent two hours queuing at Hertz before I even thought to question it. Turns out one of the world’s largest car rental companies had run out of cars! After landing on time at 11.30 a.m., we didn’t drive away from the airport until after 2 p.m. Some things never change.
