If You Can't Beat 'Em, Join 'Em

For the past two years ours has been the only house in the neighbourhood which hasn't been covered in Christmas lights, so this year we decided to start a new tradition - Chanukah lights!
Since Chanukah is the Festival of Lights, I don't see why this won't catch on. All the lights are blue and white, the colours of the season dictated by the Israeli flag.
It's not too easy to find decorations, so unless we build our own it'll be some time before we have a 30ft Chanukiah on our roof or an army of Macabees dancing down the chimney.
